Meliá Bilbao is the proposed hotel and main venue for the AGM.

The EPOA Annual General Meeting would take place in our conference partner and host Hotel, Meliá Bilbao. The hotel has an extensive experience in managing congresses and events, being one of the main headquarters in Bilbao for important events from the business, financial, social and cultural fields. To that effect, the Meliá Bilbao has reserved in exclusivity for the EPOA AGM its main meeting rooms, with a capacity for up to 200 people and 382 m2. The space is flexible and multi-functional and we will have other meeting rooms at our disposal for additional workshops if needed (60 m2 each).
